How many lessons will it take me to learn how to swim?

I don't know.

How long this will take lies within each individual.  How your body reacts to the water, how you process your fear (if you are scared of water), your physical literacy, your ability to let go and trust the water.

I have had some clients master front crawl in a  matter of weeks/months, others have taken months just to be comfortable floating.

I promise to meet you where you are and help to make you feel safe and empower you in the water.

Do you offer group lessons?

No.

We only offer private one on one lessons.   Swimming is a skill that for some can bring up some feelings of fear. We feel that by allowing each client to have focused attention on them while learning this skill we create a better learning environment and faster skill development.

We can help those with zero water experience to those who are looking to swim for fitness, or competitions.
